Deposits
All provisional reservations will be held for 2 days as Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of a pre-payment or credit card details and will be equivalent to 100% per the reservation.

• Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival Full deposit less R100 cancellation fee
• Cancellation 07-14 days prior to arrival 75% of the deposit less R100 cancellation fee
• Cancellation 03-07 days prior to arrival 50% of the deposit less R100 cancellation fee
• Cancellation 0-03 days prior to arrival NO REFUND

Receipt of your deposit or credit card details assumes your agreement to the above terms. Refunds of the deposits for reservation are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the room.
